Eating Fresh from Our Garden!
It’s our favorite time of year here at Tamarack Farmstead, when are are eating mainly from our garden! Today we are eating fresh basil in the form of pesto. We will jar enough today to carry us thru until next seasons harvest! Tonight it is on our Ravioli! Cheers!

No Rain, No Grass!
There has been little to no rain here this season on Tamarack Farmstead and with 22 Sheep/Lamb,our grazing pastures have been scarce… What do you do besides supplementing with hay? (translation: costing us money) You let them graze your lawn!
